We are a family run business that was established back in 1986. My dad (George Mckinlay) started the business from an old car show room and slowly built it up to what it is today, a highly successful and booming business. I (Caroline Mckinlay) joined him in 1987 when I was only 16 and had just left school, and i have to say I have never looked back.
We have a great bank of staff that is always available to lend a hand and give advice on all your gardening requirements. Fergus and Alison are our full-time staff members; Lorraine is our part-timer, Sarah is our Saturday girl and Dave & Mick our retired guys.
At The Bridgend Garden Centre we aim to have a great selection of Shrubs, Trees, & Conifers etc all year round. This year 2009, We have started to grow our own shrubs, along with our own grown Alpines, Herbs & Herbaceous which will be ready for the spring.
